Oryx Petroleum issued an overview of its operations in Africa. On the Haute Mer A in the Republic of Congo (ROC) the partners continue to analyze data in preparation for further exploration drilling expected to take place in 2016. The ROC government approved the partners request to enter the second exploration phase of the PSC and the related relinquishment of 25% of the license area.
Over in the ROC’s Haute Mer B license, the partners continue to analyze 3D seismic data acquired in 2014 and other data in preparation for exploration drilling. Exploration drilling on the Haute Mer B is expected to take place in 2016 also.
