PDVSA Importing Crude from Africa

PDVSA, Venezuela’s state-run oil company, is importing crude from Africa. The state-run firm bought three cargos of Angolan and Nigerian crude.

PDVSA resumed buying African crudes in June to use them as diluents for its extra heavy oil. Last year the company was importing Algerian crude to use as diluents.
