Qua Iboe Force Majeure in Place for at Least One Month

Nigeria’s export totals will be without Qua Iboe crude as repairs by ExxonMobil are expected to take a bit of time to be carried out. According to reports, the force majeure declared on Qua Iboe will remain in place for at least another month.

The US supermajor declared the force majeure last week when it needed to repair a leak in the pipeline; apparently the repairs are more extensive than initially thought.
