DualEx Energy reported that a rig was mobilized to the BHN-1 well site on the Bouhajla Permit in Tunisia. The rig will begin recompletion activities on the well as soon as it is operational.
As previously announced, the BHN-1 re-completion will involve pulling the existing production tubing from the wellbore and re-perforating the Abiod formation using a casing gun and deep penetrating charges, followed by acidization of the perforated intervals. It is expected that the recompletion operation will take around two weeks to complete.
