Seabird to Launch Gulf of Guinea Survey

Seabird Exploration, in partnership with acorn Geophysical, will conduct a new seismic project in West Africa’s Gulf of Guinea. The contracted survey consists of a 3D acquisition program of approximately 1,500 sq km and will be acquired using the Geo Pacific.

The Geo Pacific is currently in transit to the Gulf of Guinea from the Caribbean.

Commencement is within a matter of days, with an expected project duration of 45 days. The project has been prefunded with approximately $4.8 million.
