Shell Testing Trans Forcados Pipeline

Nigeria could see a potential restart of the Trans Forcados pipeline. According to reports Shell, the operator of the pipeline, is testing the line for a potential restart.

In addition, it was reported by Reuters that the Astro Perseus tanker was expected to load the first cargo by the weekend.
