Siemens in Nigeria inaugurated a new $3.35 million facility in Port Harcourt. The facility is aimed at increasing local capacity.
The facility will be capable of repairing and overhauling the highly sophisticated equipment that previously would be sent overseas for repair. Siemen’s facility establishes a one-stop service center capable of catering to all range of Siemens equipment and solutions across various sectors and industries.
Future development plans for the workshop will include the provision of electrical repair services for equipment such as motors, drives, switchgear, transformers, distribution boards and others.
