The maintenance and upgrade work on Algeria’s Skikda refinery has been completed according to a senior energy official.
The energy official told Reuters that the country would also see the start up of a new 4.5 million ton per year LNG unit at the Skikda complex.
The work on the refinery and LNG unit was launched three years ago.
“The (LNG) mega train will come onstream and maintenance at the refinery is completed,” the official said.
