Sonatrach and Eni Algeria Production BV have signed a Gas Agreement relating to the marketing by Sonatrach on behalf of the above-mentioned parties, of dry gas quantities from the Zemoul El Kbar perimeter (surplus gas block 403), located in the Wilaya of Ouargla and this within the framework of the Association Contract between Sonatrach and Eni.
This excess gas will be transported through the gas pipeline connecting the installations of blocks 403 and 405b, allowing its treatment at the Menzel Ledjmet (MLE) gas installations. The annual production of gas marketed is around 500 Million M3 and this until the year 2042.
