Sonatrach, Eni and Equinor to Focus on Further In Salah and In Amenas Development

Sonatrach and its partners Eni and Equinor have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which will see their continued cooperation by carrying out a work program for the relaunch of exploration and development of the In Salah and In Amenas regions.

The purpose of the Memorandum of Understanding is to define the framework for cooperation between the parties with a view to concluding hydrocarbon contracts in the areas of interest identified in In Salah and In Amenas, under the aegis of Law No. 19-13, governing hydrocarbon activities.
