Thursday, March 28, 2019

Egypt will add to its production totals this year when SDX Energy starts producing gas at the South Disouq concession. The company said that it aims to see a gross output of between 50-60 Mmcf/d by mid-2019.
In a statement on its website, SDX said the production from the South Disouq will be sold to state-run gas firm EGAS at a price of $2.85 per 1,000 cubic feet.

The company is also looking to boost its gross production average rates from the Meseda concession, hoping to reach 4,000-4,200 bpd this year.
