Suntrust Oil Enters Niger

A new company has entered the Niger E&P scene, Suntrust Oil Co. Nigeria, The company signed a PSA with the government, although it is not clear for what block the PSA was for.

The Niger government is currently looking to diversify its foreign partners and the PSA with Suntrust is a step in that direction.

Suntrust Oil currently holds a stake in Nigeria’s Umusadege Field, partnered with Midwestern Oil & Gas and Mart Resources.
