Svenska Petroleum Exploration Guinea Bissau AB (Svenska) and AGR Well Management Ltd. (AGR) entered into a contract that will have AGR delivering well management services for Svenska’s upcoming drilling campaign offshore Guinea Bissau. The contract involves provision of full well management and associated services, including drilling engineering and planning services, supply chain management, and operations support for the drilling campaign on Svenska’s operated Blocks 2 and 5A.
Starting in Q4, the program is for a minimum of one firm well with the option of two additional exploration wells dependant on results (rig contract allowing). The sequence length could therefore range from 45 days (dry hole case) to up to 180 days. This will be further clarified once the rig contract is tendered and the rig availability is known.
