Tentec Training Celebrates Its First Anniversary As Accolades Flood In
Release
As Tentec Training, an ECITB Approved Provider of training and competence assurance programs in the assembly and tightening of bolted connections, celebrates its first anniversary, attendees at its training courses have been praising both the content of the courses and the format of the days’ training.
A unique aspect of Tentec’s approach to training is that not only are the trainees taught academic and practical skills, but the course also prepares them for working away from home for long periods of time and how to handle the extreme circumstances they may find themselves in. Feedback from attendees praised Glenn Dixon, Tentec’s trainer, commenting how refreshing it was to have training from someone who had extensive experience in the industry, especially offshore. Other aspects of the courses that gained praise were the fact that the courses were interactive and there was plenty of time and opportunity to ask questions.
As well as training company individuals, Tentec has seen a rise in the number of self sponsored attendees who are looking to enhance their careers and improve their job prospects. Steve Hardman is typical of this new group of individuals and after attending Tentec’s course says: “I just wanted to say thank you very much for tolerating my barrage of questions over the past three days and for going out of your way to teach us everything you possibly could about bolt torquing, tensioning and the affiliated. Couldn’t have asked for a better tutor.”
Information on the training and competence assurance programmes offered by Tentec Training is now available either as a full-colour printed brochure, or downloadable from the website at http://www.tentec.net/training.php
